The topic of gay friends and family in the Christian circles is always controversial. Good thing for us we are a prayer blog dedicated to praying for every person, group and organization on this planet. We are pure gospel, pure love, pure Jesus. We do not sit on the throne of judgment but rather come to you today and ask you to join us in love. Every person on this planet needs prayer, and God’s love permeates through it all. So join us today to pray for our gay children, family and friends, and let God’s perfect agape love move mountains.
Dear Jesus,
You preach the word in love. You are love. And we know your love can permeate and penetrate any heart. Lord we come before you today and ask that you help us reach out to our gay children, friends and family in love. That we are steeped in your love and show that love to them. That the holy spirit in us by word and action would draw them into your spirit. We pray for their salvation in you Jesus and we pray that you speak directly to their hearts. Lord we know how difficult this topic is for some people and we pray that above all else your words touch everyone involved. Our purpose in the Great commission is to make disciples and baptize in your holy name. May our lives be filled with an overflow of your love and kindness that the only thing our gay family members see is love and not judgment. Only you can effect change Lord and we pray you move in our lives to show us how to be Jesus with skin on. Show us Lord how to walk so closely to you that no words are necessary to show who you are. Praise and Glory to you and you alone- today, forever and always!

YES!!!!!!!! LOVING without LABELS!!…. Being a Living example of the unconditional Love of GOD. Leaving Judgement to Him!! I LOVE GAY, STRAIGHT & CROOKED!! My concern is there SOULS!! I Leave the rest up to God!!!! …and because thats how I show up in my Life Gay people are drawn to me and they no I LOVE them!!! Thank You for this Prayer!! I have a Gay Niece and the REJECTION she has gotten from Christians is Pathetic especially knowing what some of these Christians do behind close doors….PERFECT LOVE CAST OUT FEAR!! I am NOT AFRAID to LOVE and show LOVE to a “SINNER” I mean I am still one Myself “SAVED” only by GRACE!!!! 🙂

Karen, you are right. All sin is sin and God can save a gay person as easy as any other. We need to continue to pray for them. Jesus was drawn to the very worst of His society. We should follow His lead.
