This morning we are asking you to pray for the President of the United States, Barak Obama. By most, he is said to be the most powerful man in the world. We are commanded to pray for our leaders, and those in authority. (I Timothy 2:1-3) There are many huge decisions before President Obama. He has many serious decisions facing him in the Ukraine, the Middle East, Africa, and here at home. He needs wisdom from on high to make the proper decisions.
Our prayer today is to pray boldly, and specifically for the President, that God will give him wisdom in these matters. Lay all politics aside and pray that if he doesn’t know the Lord Jesus in a personal way as Savior, that he will come to the knowledge of the Truth. Ask God to guide him in his decisions regarding the nation Israel, and to continue to support her and help protect her.
We know that the Most High rules the kingdom of men (Dan.4:32), and that He works through our leaders. There is nothing to difficult for our God. Please pray for President Obama all day.

What a privilege to pray to the One who can change any heart, including the President. Sometimes it seems like there is no point because we think we already know how the President leans on certain issues. God can change him. I’m believing that He will.
